Who to contact
WildLeague operates this website. For privacy questions or requests, email wildleaguebritain@gmail.com.
Browsing and hosting
You can browse without creating an account. WildLeague does not take payments or provide a newsletter sign-up on this site. Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver pages, maintain security and investigate faults. This operational processing supports the legitimate interests of running a reliable website.
Some product pictures load from retailers’ servers. Those providers receive the technical information needed to deliver an image. Their privacy policies apply to their services.
Email enquiries
If you email WildLeague, your email address and message are processed through Gmail to respond to and manage your enquiry. The basis is the legitimate interest of answering correspondence. Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
Correspondence may be retained while an enquiry or related issue needs attention, including relevant records needed to deal with a dispute or legal obligation. You can ask about retention or request deletion using the email address above.
Optional statistics
If you choose “Allow statistics”, the site loads Vercel Web Analytics when available. It measures page visits, broad device and referral information, and product-link clicks. WildLeague does not send email addresses, shop search terms or URL query strings in these events. Statistics depend on the features enabled for the hosting account.
The basis for this optional measurement is your consent. No analytics script loads before you allow it. Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage until you change it or clear your browser data. Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing permission stops future collection; it does not undo processing that already took place.
Affiliate links and other websites
Some retailer links go through Awin so purchases can be attributed to WildLeague. If you follow one, Awin and the retailer may process referral information or use cookies under their own policies. Any order, payment and delivery details are handled by the retailer. WildLeague does not receive your payment details from this website.
Providers and retention
Hosting, email and analytics providers may process information outside the UK under their published safeguards and retention arrangements. See Vercel’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for provider details. Contact WildLeague for questions about information in correspondence.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict its use, object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You can withdraw consent for optional statistics at any time. Contact WildLeague using the address above. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
